What is the Patient Portal?
Using your Patient Portal gives you direct, secure online access to portions of your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) where your provider stores your health information. Lab results, appointment information, medications, immunizations, and more are all safely stored so that you can access them whenever and wherever you have access to the Internet. There are two different portals for your different patient experiences. Each one has different functions, and you know which portal to use based on the type of visit that you have at the hospital.
