To Qualify as a LIFE Center the centre should have the following minimum criteria :
The start-up requirements include Existing Mid-size hospital or Mid to large Nursing homes with availability of min 6000 sft for Med - spa, Wellness cafe, Elders enrichment center and couple of consultation chambers with a In-house Laboratory,Pharmacy and Diagnostic machinery.

Expansion will be made on the AGGREGATOR MODEL . ALL NURSING HOMES ( & SMALL HOSPITALS ) & WELLNESS CENTERS fulfilling eligibility criteria will be empanelled to be part of M O Program.

A G G R E G A T O R M O D E L The Basic Unit is a ( COMPANY OWNED/FRANCHISED) WELLNESS CAFE with a doctors CLINIC and NURSING STATION, attatched small LABORATORY (collection centre would suffice)… plus /minus A PHARMACY. Nearby, AYURVEDIC SPAs / SPAS (fully equipped/functional) with a IN-HOUSE VAIDYA Adjoining, small to medium NURSING HOME as LIFE center.

The real competition is from the corporate hospitals which can be easily countered by our unique MOP. The growing population base and the limited number of doctors creates a strong opportunity.

The Doctors in the local community are made part of MOP and offered a "minimum guaranteed sum" and "minimum guaranteed support " assuring "additional avenues for revenues" they are a part of TGF and will remain loyal to the program as they are guaranteed a "patient base "and a fruitful combined PAN-INDIA marketing plan.
