The Dr. Harish Foundation @ LIFE CENTERs Medical Home services are meant only for MEMBERS ONLY and can be availed by paying a nominal sum of Rs.10/- or Rs.50/- or Rs.100/- per day(payable even on monthly basis) or Rs.5000 (couple) per month to become Primary Member of The Golden Family (TGF).

The Dr Harish Foundation Primary care Physician acts for the patient as an advocate / advisor or go-between with a patient-centered philosophy that drives primary care excellence with a Comprehensive Primary Health care Plan ( PHCP ) that helps you reach optimal health—and your doctor will take the time to listen to you, answer your questions, and provide medical care customized to your particular needs.
In addition, M O P lets you see your doctor on your schedule—not the other way around –appointments at your convenience.
